Zeus (Jupiter) Greek God Statue - The Jupiter de Smyrne, discovered in Smyrna in 1680. In addition, Zeus was attributed with the nickname Xenios and was patron of hospitality, for which even nowadays the Greeks are famous. Furthermore, the great god was protecting supplicants and refugees (nickname "Zeus Ikesios and Fyxios").
